At Topwise, we are committed to delivering your original oil painting with the utmost care and attention it deserves. This policy outlines how we process, pack, and ship artworks from our studio to your location.
- Order Processing
Processing Time: Each artwork is carefully prepared for shipment. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. This time allows for final quality checks and professional packaging.
Order Verification: For security and to ensure the integrity of high-value transactions, some orders may undergo a brief verification process.
Order Modifications: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 2359972308@qq.com. Changes can only be accommodated before the order enters the packing phase.
- Shipping Destinations & Methods
We ship our paintings worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the artwork.
Domestic Shipping (Mainland China):
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-15 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch (available for most regions).
International Shipping:
Standard International: Delivery within 15-30 business days after dispatch.
Expedited International: Delivery within 7-15 business days after dispatch (available to select countries).
Important: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- Packaging & Handling
Every oil painting is packaged with professional-grade materials. Smaller works are securely boxed, while larger canvases are typically shipped in protective cardboard corners and wrapped to prevent transit damage. Stretched canvases are generally shipped unframed for safety. - Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s journey. - Delivery & Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
For high-value international shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Topwise’s liability ends. We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery confirmation.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, any reshipping or storage fees incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping Issues
Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 15 business days for international shipments (or 10 days for domestic), please contact us.
Damaged Upon Arrival: Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours by email at 2359972308@qq.com. Please provide clear photographs of the damaged artwork and all packaging materials. We will guide you through the claims and resolution process.
