Thank you for choosing Topwise. We want you to be completely satisfied with your original oil painting. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days for a refund, store credit, or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

  1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, with no signs of hanging, framing alterations, or surface changes.

The original certificate of authenticity and all packaging materials must be included.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

The following are not eligible for return:

Custom-commissioned or made-to-order paintings.

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

Damages caused after delivery (e.g., improper handling, framing, or environmental damage).

  1. How to Start a Return

Contact Us First: Please email us at 2359972308@qq.com with your order number and reason for return. We may request photos to assess the condition.

Receive Instructions: If eligible, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and a secure return address. Do not ship returns without an RA number.

Ship Your Item: Pack the artwork securely in its original protective packaging, including the RA number inside. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Topwise is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

  1. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return results from our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item shipped).

  1. Exchanges

Exchanges are available primarily for items that are defective or incorrectly shipped.

To request an exchange, contact us at 2359972308@qq.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

  1. Return Shipping & Address

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.

Returns must be sent to the specific address provided with your RA number. Please do not send returns to our company’s public mailing address.

  1. Final Sale & Custom Items

Items marked “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or commissioned works are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect artwork, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 2359972308@qq.com. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a solution, which may include a prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement.
